1. Service Coverage Area

We provide mobile car detailing throughout Greater London and selected areas beyond.

Areas Covered in London:

  • Central London: City of London, Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea

  • North London: Islington, Camden, Enfield

  • East London: Tower Hamlets, Hackney, Newham

  • South London: Lambeth, Southwark, Croydon

  • West London: Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hounslow

Outside London (for Business Clients & Fleets):

  • Greater London commuter belt: Essex, Kent, Surrey, Hertfordshire, Berkshire

  • Cities and towns within a 30–75 mile radius, e.g., Watford, Reading, Luton, Slough, Maidstone

Note: Travel outside London may include an extra fee based on distance and job size. We will confirm this at booking.

2. Services We Offer

Our mobile detailing services may include:

  • Exterior wash & wax

  • Interior vacuuming & shampoo

  • Engine bay cleaning

  • Ceramic coating & paint correction

  • Headlight restoration

  • Odour removal

  • And more

Services are subject to availability and may be updated without notice.

3. Bookings & Access Requirements

  • All services must be pre-booked via our website or support team.

  • Clients must provide accurate vehicle and contact details.

  • The vehicle must be parked in a legal, accessible location.

  • We may require access to vehicle keys to complete certain services.

4. Travel & Accessibility

  • We serve defined areas as listed above.

  • Travel fees may apply if you're outside our standard service zone.

  • We reserve the right to decline service if a location is unsafe or not suitable for mobile detailing.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a £25–£50 fee.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled due to severe weather or safety concerns.

6. Your Responsibilities

  • Remove all personal items and valuables from your vehicle.

  • Ensure safe, legal access to the detailing site.

  • Provide water/electricity if required (we’ll notify you in advance).

  • Notify us of any concerns or pre-existing issues before service begins.

7. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices vary based on service type, vehicle size, and location.

  • Full payment is due upon completion (unless prepaid).

  • Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment apps (e.g., Venmo, Zelle).

  • Failure to pay may result in additional charges or legal action.

8. Liability Disclaimer

We take every precaution to protect your vehicle. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, stains, faded paint)

  • Damage to aftermarket parts or accessories

  • Mechanical or electrical failures not related to our service

  • Weather-related or third-party incidents

Any service-related issues must be reported within 24 hours of completion.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not happy with your service, let us know within 24 hours. We will inspect and, if necessary, offer a re-clean or resolution.
